I am down to 169 now.  It feels much better to be at a lower weight .  My goal is between 130  and 135.  I will be trying some new things as far as diet and nutrition is concerned.  When I continue to grow in consciousness about what I am putting into my body I try to change it right away.  Photos will be posted soon.

Blood Sugar Success( normal range)

I've made some headway since the hospital stay.  My fasting blood sugar is between 79 and 120.  If I ate something sweet the night before it will be in the 120 range.  I am down to 1 gymnema sylvestre a day.  Only if I ate something sweet the night before.  I use to be a little between 195 and 200 pounds.  Now I am 171 pounds and loosing about a pound a day..  These results are achieved by fasting all day (liquid fast) and 1 meal per day.  It was like my body was calling for it therefore I don't have any problems doing that.  I still eat some fish but will be cutting that out very soon.  I feel wonderful.  Vibration is raising.
