HELP YOURSELF FIRST

I know we can be mother hens sometimes.  This person needs this, need to help her with that, they are relying on me. These situations can alter true life path..  With all that being said:  Do you have YOUR situation in order?  Are you lacking in areas you know you should improve?.  The question is: Do these people who rely upon you for your help return the favor just by noticing a need you have and acting upon it or do you have to ask them for their help?   When you are on an airplane in case of an emergency you are instructed to put your oxygen mask on first.  There is a reason for that.  You have to make sure you are in perfect working order to give your best assistance to others.  I understand if you want to assist in changing someone's life but make sure you are mining your own business then you can give the best of your self to people who are worthy of it.  Don't give your pearls to swine for it will be a wasted effort.  To enable someone is to remove them from experiencing their Karma.  These type of people expect you to HELP (Do everything for them).  You have to allow these people to fall so they can muster up the strength to sustain themselves.  If they don't act on their need they will just find someone else to sustain them.  ( You won't be seeing or hearing from them often because they aren't able to  extract from you.
THIS IS IS THE REAL JEWEL FOR MAINTAINING YOURSELF.  After you realize this and put it into it is open season.
