Weight Loss Success

Greetings

I am down to 169 now.  It feels much better to be at a lower weight .  My goal is between 130  and 135.  I will be trying some new things as far as diet and nutrition is concerned.  When I continue to grow in consciousness about what I am putting into my body I try to change it right away.  Photos will be posted soon.
