This is my morning regimen.  Just giving you something to get an idea how easy it can be to saturate your body with the good stuff.

At night before bed get a quart mason jar distilled water Oatstraw Stinging nettle.
You will need 2 quart jars in total
Put 1 cup of herb in each jar
Boil water fill quart jars with boiling water.
Put the top on let steep overnight.
Drink 1 cup of each every morning
keep unused contents in the fridge until next use
Add a little mint for extra taste.  This can be made as a tea as well with Stevia sweetener.
I drink this in the morning along with Motherwort, Dong Qui, Vitex and Saw Palmetto tinctures and Oreganol oil and colloidal silver.


BREAKFAST
24 oz of water or more upon rising

8 oz of water with 1  Tbs  of Bragg's apple cider

1 Gymenma Sylvestry pill 1 Bilberry pill

1 avocado or 8oz of water with 1 tbs of chia seeds or wheat grass, spirulina, Alfalfa grass mixture in  water or fresh juice. or wheatgrass shot or a cucumber.

Drink water until 30 min before lunch.

LUNCH

savi seeds, Raw walnuts, Raw pecans, Raw Brazil nuts, or raw almonds and Raw coconut macaroons, or salad with arugula,fresh garlic cloves, alfalfa sprouts and spinach with olive oil and Bragg's apple cider vinegar, or water or fresh juice with wheat grass spirulina mixture. or wheat grass shot.


Dinner

  Wheat grass spirulina mixture in water or fresh juice or Salad with Alfalfa sprouts, fresh garlic arugula , spinach,  Bragg's apple cider vinegar. 


Drink lots of lime water between meals. 

The junk food diet  is not tasty to me anymore.
